Terms and Conditions

• All tickets are sold subject to availability and agreement to these Terms and Conditions, which should be read carefully before purchase. The purchase of tickets constitutes acceptance to these Terms and Conditions.
• Please check tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase, please contact Lincs Box Office immediately if there is a mistake.
• Lincs Box Office is not responsible for tickets lost, stolen or destroyed.
• In exceptional circumstances, alternative seats to those specified on your ticket may need to be provided.
• Lincs Box Office acts as the responsible Agent, selling tickets on behalf of the Promotor/Venue. Details of the identity of the Event Promoter / Venue are made available on the front of the ticket where reasonable to do so; otherwise, details are available on request from Lincs Box Office.
• The effective date of these Terms and Conditions is 22 February 2019.
• We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. You should, therefore, check the effective date each time you visit the site.

Conditions of Sale:

• Tickets can only be bought online through the Lincs Box Office website. Any queries’ relating to the purchase of tickets can be emailed to info@lincolnboxoffice.co.uk, or you can call Lincs Box Office during opening hours, Monday to Friday 12 pm – 3 pm on 01522 516392.
• All ticket purchased via Lincs Box Office is subject to a £1.00 non-refundable booking fee.
• All tickets are non-refundable. You may contact us about having your tickets resold; however, we can only offer this service if an event is sold out. Please note any transaction, booking or postage fees are always non-refundable. A £2.00 resale fee will be taken from the customer in the event of a successful reselling of a ticket to cover administration costs.
• By purchasing tickets, you are entering into an agreement with the Promoter/Venue of the event, not Lincs Box Office.
• Tickets can be exchanged to a different production put on by the same Promoter/Venue, this is subject to availability and must be done through Lincs Box Office. Any difference in price will be charged. If the tickets purchased are cheaper, any difference will be lost.
• Each event has a separate concessions policy. Please consult the ticket types on the screen when booking. You will need to provide proof of your concessionary status. Under 18’s must always be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 unless stated otherwise.
• Eligibility for discounts must be selected at the time of sale as tickets may not be amended once payment has been taken.
• It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the tickets upon receipt to ensure all the details are correct. Please contact Lincs Box Office immediately if you have any queries’.
• Tickets are not transferable, and tickets may not be resold for profit or commercial gain or be used in promotions or packages without the prior written permission of Lincs Box Office, the Promoter or Venue.
• Payment shall be made in GBP by Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Electron & Maestro. We do not accept American Express. Payment will be debited from the account given before tickets are dispatched.
• Tickets issued by Lincs Box Office on behalf of Promoter or Venue are subject to these Terms and Conditions, together with any other additional Terms and Conditions which may be shown on the ticket or on the Promoter/Venues website.
• Refunds in the event of a cancellation will not, under any circumstances, exceed the face value of the tickets. Refunds will not be made at the Venue and will be made within a reasonable time following the scheduled event or performance.
• Your details and any other information disclosed while purchasing tickets from Lincs Box Office shall be governed by and subject to the Lincs Box Office Data Protection Policy. • The Management reserves the right to change artists or programme or in unfortunate circumstances cancel events/performances without notice. We, acting as the Agent only, have no control over the event programme or content.
• It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled or rescheduled, we will attempt to notify you using the details you provided us with at the time of booking but cannot guarantee that you will be notified of a cancellation.
• Latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable break in the event before being admitted, or may not be admitted.
• The right to refuse admission or to eject customers in reasonable circumstance (for example taking health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account) is reserved to the management and the security staff at the Venue where the event or performance is taking place. No refunds will be offered to patrons who are refused entry or ejected in such circumstances.
• The use of mobile phones, cameras, videos and any other form of recording equipment is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated in the Venues policy.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in any of our Venues
• No cans, bottles, alcohol or food is to be taken into the Venue, and such items may be confiscated. Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed in the Venue.
• By attending the event or performance you may consent to be photographed, filmed or recorded as part of the audience for security and such other purposes as the Venue may reasonably determine. Please refer to each Venue’s policy.
